You can check two spots to confirm:
First: Does your bag's shoulder strap have a Velcro accessory rail?
Second: Does the Velcro rail open all the way down to the buckle?
If yes to both, you can use a swappable buckle with the correct webbing size. If the Velcro rail is sewn down at the logo (or there is no Velcro rail), it's not compatible. You can use this YouTube video we posted as a visual aid.
The LG (2") styles are compatible with Kadet LTD, Kadet Max LTD, Kadet Max, Buran III LTD and Citizen LTD. The MD (1.5") styles are compatible with Tensile Sling LTD, Tensile Sling, and Mini Kadet LTD.
All other bags made before 2024 do NOT have compatible straps. We'll bring more compatible bags and hardware through 2024!

The official material cleaning instructions for our bags: first treat with a dry solvent followed by a spray cleaner or detergent and water. Avoid chlorine or bleach based cleansers.
WARNING: Our bags are not machine washable - machines may twist and pull in ways that damage the materials.
We recommend using Simple Green (or another solvent) on the heavily affected areas. Then give the bag a warm bath using your regular dishwashing soap. You can use a nylon brush to lift any stains. Scrubbing reflective components will wear down the reflectivity - go gently!
We recommend cleaning any metal parts last to prevent rust. After cleaning a metal seatbelt buckle, lubrication of the inner spring is necessary to maintain function. Add a drop and wipe away any excess.
Once you are done cleaning, leave the bag open with lots of drying time, and if possible pull the liner inside out until dry. Don't use a heat drying method.

We will refund a product purchased from our CHROME site if returned new and unused in original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase, including all tags and instruction booklets. Orders will be shipped via Canada Post the next business day following the processing of the payment. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping charges will be displayed in the shopping cart. Shipping will be free of charge if cart total before taxes is $100.00 or more.
